Team Based Service Delivery
Texas Systems Group follows a team based service delivery approach. This means that we assign more than one technical consultant to our customer’s IT infrastructure. We ensure that multiple technical consultants are trained on all facets of our customer’s IT support requirements. So if one consultant is busy, another consultant can seamlessly take over where the other left off.
Customer requirements are managed using our Request Tracker system so our team is continually updated on the status of your IT problems and requests. We automate the tracking of your requirements to ensure nothing is forgotten.
We provide our services to using two service delivery methods. For half our customer we are their outsourced IT department. For the other half of our customers, we augment our customer’s existing IT staff.

Our exclusive service focus means that we do not sell hardware or software. The only compensation that we are allowed to accept is from our customers. When we do recommend hardware and software, you can rest assured that our recommendation is based upon what’s best for you. Other firms recommend the hardware and software brands they sell regardless if it is the best solution for you. We charge for our time to find you the best product at the best price and the price we find is the price you pay. We refuse to accept any vendor’s offer to pay Texas Systems Group a “commission” to recommend their product. We are proud to provide an ethical service delivery approach.
