Windows Administrator
Texas Systems Group is seeking a talented full-time employee who is a detail-oriented, has strong communication skills, and is a proactive team member. Skills needed to master this position include the ability to coordinate and interface with multiple clients and aggressively follow up on details. We need professionals who can perform independently, as well as work within a team environment.

Customer Service is the highest priority. Candidates must be compassionate and understanding when dealing with customers. They must have great listening and communications skills.

The candidate MUST have at least 3 years of experience supporting Windows servers in a corporate environment. We are seeking someone who is at least an Intermediate if not a Senior level Windows Administrator.

Expertise of the following areas is essential to succeed in this position:

  • Install/Configure/Support Windows 2000/2003 Server
  • Install/Configure/Support Active Directory 2000/2003
  • Installing/Configure/Support Exchange 2000/2003
  • Configure/Support AD Group Policies
  • Installing/Configure/Support Data Backups
  • Installing/Configure/Support Remote Access Systems

This position requires strong communication, troubleshooting, planning, and execution skills. Preference will be given to candidates with current Microsoft 2000/2003 certifications. This position requires commuting to multiple client locations in the Greater Austin Area.
