Outsourced IT Services
We are your IT department and take on the full responsibility of providing outstanding IT support for your employees and leveraging IT to increase productivity and reduce costs. We begin with an IT assessment to fully understand your IT infrastructure, uncover any excessive risks of downtime and data loss, and if any, create a list of recommended IT projects to address each risk.
Augmentation of Existing IT Staff Services
Working with your technical department, we can either help or lead your IT staff in designing, planning, implementing, and maintaining IT solutions. We train network administrators and technicians to take care of company networks and programs on their own. We are able to strengthen your IT department at a fraction of the cost of hiring additional highly skilled staff.
No Long Term Contracts
Texas Systems Group offers services on a month-to-month basis, with no long term contracts. That means you can continue service for as long as you wish. The obligation is on us to provide outstanding customer services and a fair price, month after month. Other companies lock you into a binding contract, regardless of whether or not you are happy with their services. At Texas Systems Group, if we can't meet or exceed your expectations, we shouldn't be in business.
